Post Your Job
Describe the IT issue you need help with, select your service category, provide your location, and set your budget. Jobs are free to post.
Authorize Payment
Securely authorize the payment amount through Stripe. Your card is not charged until the job is completed — funds are held in escrow for your protection.
Review Bids
Certified technicians in your area will submit competitive bids. Review their profiles, ratings, certifications, and proposed pricing before choosing.
Get the Work Done
Your chosen technician arrives at the scheduled time. Track the job in real-time, communicate via in-app chat, and monitor progress.
Confirm & Pay
Once the work is complete, confirm the job. Payment is automatically released from escrow to the technician. You have 24 hours to raise any concerns.
Rate & Review
Leave a rating and review to help other clients find great technicians, and to help techs build their reputation on the platform.
For Technicians
Sign Up & Verify
Create your account, complete identity verification, upload your certifications, and agree to the platform terms. Our team reviews your credentials.
Browse Available Jobs
View jobs in your area that match your skills and certifications. Filter by service category, location, and budget range.
Submit Bids
Place competitive bids on jobs you want to complete. Include your proposed rate and estimated completion time.
Complete the Work
Once your bid is accepted, arrive on time and complete the job. Use the timer to track your work, and communicate with the client via chat.
Get Paid
After the client confirms the job is complete, payment is released to your account. You keep 85% of the job value.
