Terms of Service

By accessing or using Koadi Technology ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Koadi Technology is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking IT support services with independent technology professionals ("Technicians"). We facilitate the posting of jobs, bidding process, communication, and payment processing between parties.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

As a client, you agree to: provide accurate job descriptions; authorize payment before your job is posted to technicians; promptly confirm job completion or raise concerns within 24 hours; treat technicians with respect and professionalism; and comply with all applicable laws.

As a technician, you agree to: maintain valid certifications and identity verification; provide accurate information about your qualifications; complete accepted jobs in a timely and professional manner; comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements; and represent yourself honestly in all interactions.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Client payments are held in escrow until job completion is confirmed. The Platform charges a service fee that is transparently included in the job pricing. Technicians receive their earnings minus the platform fee after job completion.

Refunds are available in accordance with our refund policy. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of job completion.

Technicians on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees of Koadi Technology. The Platform does not control how technicians perform their work. Technicians are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users may not: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; circumvent the Platform's payment system; create multiple accounts; post false or misleading information; or attempt to contact users outside the Platform to avoid fees.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Koadi Technology or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant the Platform a license to use it in connection with the service.

Koadi Technology is a marketplace platform and does not directly provide IT services. We are not liable for the quality of work performed by technicians, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of services arranged through the Platform. Our liability is limited to the fees collected by the Platform.

Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through the Platform's dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive excessive complaints. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the Platform settings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
